Eden Leadership Incubator

Revival gives us the fire.
Leaders build what lasts.

A programme for Interest Group leaders who want to turn what they believe on Sunday into how they lead every day: at work, in business, at home and in the community.

A message from Dr. Akin Akinpelu

Territory is not taken by enthusiasm. It is taken by leaders who can carry responsibility.

Yes, we need the fire of revival. We need the prayer, the passion, the presence of God moving among us.

And what is lit has to be built into something that lasts. Transformed lives have to become transformed families, workplaces, businesses and communities. That does not happen by accident. It happens through leaders who know who they are, who can develop other people and who can build what stays standing after they leave the room.

The Eden Leadership Incubator exists to build those leaders from within our congregation.

Four modules, one journey

From identity and calling to building what continues without you.

01
Module 01

Living as a Kingdom Ambassador

Know who you are in the Kingdom, seek and test the Spirit’s leading, and carry the vision into every sphere of your life.

02
Module 02

Leading Yourself

Carry responsibility reliably, decide well when answers are short, and stay steady under pressure.

03
Module 03

Leading People & Getting Things Done

Lead people as they actually are, organise work so it delivers, and keep the right people informed.

04
Module 04

Raising Leaders & Building for the Future

Develop others and build systems so the work continues without you.

It shows up on Monday morning, not only on Sunday.

The leadership formation in this programme doesn’t stay in the room. Each module combines teaching, real-life practice and honest reflection, with someone alongside you to help you apply what you learn, so that who you’re becoming as a leader shows up on Monday.

01

Teaching & Scenarios

A session that introduces a leadership framework and works through real situations to help you see how to apply it.

02

Practical Application

One real situation from your own work, business, family or community, where you put it into practice.

03

Peer Conversation

Talk through what you’re learning and practising with another participant, and learn from each other’s experience.

04

Assessment

An honest assessment so you can see where you are growing.

This is not a lecture series. You learn, you practise in your real life, and you reflect with someone alongside you.

Built for you, not just delivered to you.

Personal development report

Your strengths and where to grow next, set out in writing.

Honest module feedback

Clear, direct feedback after each module so you know where you stand.

A peer partner

Someone to think through each module with and stay accountable to.

Is this for you?

Your time, your attention and your commitment to grow.

Who can apply

All current Interest Group leaders and leadership team members.

You do not need to manage anyone at work. Examples from family, community and Interest Group life count.

Common
questions.

No. The programme is open to current Interest Group leaders and leadership team members. You do not need to manage people at work. Your experience in family, community and Interest Group life counts.

[TIME COMMITMENT TO BE CONFIRMED]

The programme will run mainly online, so you can take part from wherever you are. We may also hold some sessions in person, and we will confirm the details before the start.

A sermon gives you something to hear. The incubator gives you a clear way to lead, and the chance to practise it. You learn it, apply it to a real situation, talk it through with a peer, and see how you are growing.

There is no fee. The investment is your time, attention, your honest engagement with the work, and your commitment to growing as a leader and taking ground in your territory.
